An applied-AI company
SVTech Consulting Services LLC is a vertical PaaS company. It builds SoloFrame and operates a growing portfolio of AI products and proof surfaces. Founded by Mike Sullivan, the company name carries forward two decades of Silicon Valley go-to-market work: translating complex technology into repeatable revenue for the companies that ship it.

From GTM consulting to productized AI
SVTech Consulting is named for what I did for twenty years: Silicon Valley-style go-to-market. The discipline of translating complex technology into strategy, positioning, early customer acquisition, sales enablement, and scalable revenue execution. I did it inside product companies first, then for the last fifteen years as a consultant to tech founders who needed the same discipline but couldn't afford a full-time VP Sales yet.
Two years ago, my son - an MS in engineering and computer science plus a PhD in linguistics - moved to the University of Tübingen to do research on reasoning between large language models. Watching him go deep on the theoretical side of AI, I decided the applied side of the same question was where my twenty years of commercial and operating experience could actually contribute something useful. So I committed a hundred hours a week to applied AI.
First I wrote a 500-plus page book on customer acquisition for technical founders using AI and code editors - forcing myself to master the framework-and-system approach that keeps AI output coherent at book scale. Then I started building. I had already grown a nurse-practitioner-led psychiatric practice from zero to four practitioners on pure organic traffic. In September 2025 they asked me to run paid ads. I told them mental-health paid media is saturated; the real differentiator was provider-led education patients could use between sessions, where lifestyle guidance currently lands as vague advice.
They paid the first license fee. I built the MVP with Claude Code and HTML. It worked. We agreed the next version had to be interactive and HIPAA-compliant to cross from education into therapy. That became Digital Wellness Academy. The reusable engine behind it - SoloFrame, repo'd as Mono-PaaS - now runs DWA and its sibling vertical GTM-OS as the flagship shared-engine contrast. BizFrameHub and Colombian Spanish Academy are the newer proof builds showing the same product discipline moving into SMB AI education and localized language learning.
Twenty-plus years of tech-to-revenue
Named companies. Verifiable outcomes. One consistent discipline: take emerging technology and turn it into a repeatable sales motion.
Sales Director, Western Region
Introduced multi-vendor network systems integration into a Line-of-Business organization that had previously treated the group as "the cabling guys." Ran after-hours education seminars for LOB reps; the Network Integration group became the go-to specialist team for securing new business.
Senior sales leadership
Network services at the scale and pace of the dot-com build-out.
VP Sales · data communications / LAN
Accelerating sales of new products into OEM and enterprise channels. Strong strategic and tactical selling across a hardware portfolio entering a crowded market.
VP Sales · eSignature / text entry
Built a sales team from scratch. Originated the strategic relationships that contributed to the company's arc from a struggling small-cap to a market capitalization approaching $1 billion.
VP Sales · Western Region · Wi-Fi security
Led sales and delivery for the Western Region. AirDefense was acquired by Motorola in 2008.
Sales strategy consulting
Fifteen years advising tech founders on positioning, pitch, early customer acquisition, and sales enablement. Included growing realpsychiatricservices.com from zero to four practitioners entirely through organic search - the relationship that would later become the origin of Digital Wellness Academy.
Formalized the practice as an LLC
Entity ID 2022-001196055. Member-managed. Three-plus years of operating history predating the applied-AI pivot.
Deep focus on building SoloFrame and its verticals
Wrote a 500-plus page book on customer acquisition for technical founders using AI and code editors. Took first paying Stage 1 pilot fee for Digital Wellness Academy (September 2025). Built Mono-PaaS - the shared multi-tenant engine behind DWA and GTM-OS - and ported both flagship verticals onto it. Then pushed the product discipline outward: BizFrameHub is launching as a 57-course AI Business Academy for SMBs and professionals, and Colombian Spanish Academy shipped as a rapid localized proof build tied to Bogotá.
Applied AI, built with commercial discipline from the start
SVTech treats clinical rigor and revenue execution as equally load-bearing disciplines. The platform exists because a real clinician paid for a real clinical product, not because a team of researchers wanted to build something. The vertical admission rule keeps the engine small. The kill list keeps the work honest about what's not being built.
That's the posture. The platform is how it's operationalized.
